Lifestyle Family Experience
As a mom of 5, I understand the stress involved in dressing up your children and expecting them to [stop picking their noses and] stand still long enough to be photographed. Believe me when I say that I am used to temper tantrums and children who want to run off rather than stand still and smile. I aim to keep our photography sessions relaxed and fun by picking locations that provide lots of space for children to move around.. I love watching children be children and seeing the love in their eyes when they see mom and dad smiling down at them.
For all my clients, I strive for you to be as comfortable as possible so that your photographs will reflect you being you.

Oh how I love photographing families! Believe me when I say that more often than not, I will find myself smiling at my computer screen when I'm editing your images. It's because of the love and adoration on the faces of moms and dads as they look down at their children, seeing that twinkle in a child's eyes as dad is tickling them or mom is whispering jokes in their ear. I want you to have those images of your family and I am ready and wiling to help you get them. Please tell me about your family and what your hopes and dreams are for your session. A signed contract and paid session fee are required to secure your session. The session fee covers the time and talent of the photographer as well as access to styling services and client closet pieces. All digital images, prints, and wall art are sold separately.
Next, we will discuss available dates that work best for you.
This is where the fun begins! It is my joy to come along side you and help with styling and wardrobe so that your family look and feel beautiful! I offer my clients access to an online styling service as well as access to my Client Closet dresses (for women) and accessories (for children). My goal is to help you all along the way to make this as EASY and STRESS FREE for you as possible!
We will also pick out a location that is perfect for the overall look and feel of the session you want.
3. consultation
Yay!! We made it! We will meet and take your pictures!!
In my bag, I bring a variety of "tricks" to help keep the attention of little ones and aim to keep all of my clients (young and old) happy and our sessions feeling relaxed and natural. Sessions will include a mixture of traditional poses as well as candid lifestyle moments. Sessions typically last between 30 minutes to 1 hour. We stop when I’ve successfully captured your family’s portraits and/or if little ones are "done".
4. Portrait day!!
Within 3 weeks, you will receive your private edited gallery to preview and select which Portrait Package you would like to purchase. Prints and canvases are also available for purchase.
I want all of my clients to walk away with beautiful tangible products that they can put on their walls, which is why I include prints or prints credits in most of my packages. So often, digital images just sit on our computers/devices and we don't take that next step of printing them out. I want to break that habit and make sure my clients SEE their beautiful portraits in their homes. I'm happy to help you choose wall art that best fits your home!
5. your photographs
investment begins at $300
To secure your family session, a $300 session fee and a signed contract are required. The session fee covers the time and talent of the photographer as well as access to styling services and client closet pieces. All digital images, prints, and wall art are sold separately.
