- Make sure you book early – as Shenandoah’s only 3D/4D ultrasound spot, First Impressions, is a popular place! They do offer convenient evening and weekend availability. However, you’ll want to be sure you get an appointment that suits your schedule.
- Make sure you are far enough along! It’s definitely tempting to schedule a super early sneak peek (those first few weeks of waiting feel like torture!!) But booking an appointment too early won’t yield you the results you are hoping for. Make sure you are at least 10 weeks into your pregnancy before your scheduled ultrasound!
- Drink lots of water – more fluids means better images of your baby!
- Wear loose clothing – be prepared to bare your belly for your appointment. Loose clothes will help you be more comfortable throughout the process!
