Monticello Nannies specializes in providing permanent part-time and full-time nannies. Here’s how it works. You’ll start by filling out an application that tells the agency what kind of placement you’re looking for. Next, the agency will schedule an in-home visit. This is their chance to get to know you and your specific needs!
After this, they’ll start looking through their candidates and sending matches your way. You’ll get to meet the nannies in person and see if there’s one that clicks. Monticello has already screened all these experienced candidates through background and reference checks, so you’ll only receive trustworthy candidates. You’ll make a job offer, and the agency will help you draw up a contract and run a second background check. You’ll start on a 30-day trial period to ensure your selection is the ideal match!
