Clouse’s Pine Hill Farm began back in 1977 when owners Ron and Roberta allowed some high schoolers to plant pine trees on their property for a school project. They haven’t looked back since! In fact, they even upgraded to a bigger farm to grow even more Christmas trees to share with family, friends, and visitors. Today, you can wander the farm in search of your own tree to cut down, taking in the beautiful wildlife that also calls the farm home.
The Clouse family believes your holiday season should start with a lovingly chosen Christmas tree special to you and your family. When you visit, you can also find handmade, customized wreaths for decorating your home. Little ones will love taking a ride on the Reindeer Express around the farm, and If you time your visit just right, you may even run into Santa himself!
Moose Apple Christmas Tree Farm
Moose Apple Christmas Tree Farm is home to over 30 acres of farmland and 25,000 Christmas trees! They grow several different varieties, so you can find the tree that looks just right in your home. Their selection process looks a little different than most other Christmas tree farms. Here, you can drop by (no appointment needed) between September 30 and November 12 to pre-tag your tree in the field.
This way, everyone knows it has been claimed! Then, stop by a little later in the year to cut it down yourself. While you’re there to pre-tag, you can also order any custom wreaths or decor you’d like to take home. Then, when you come to pick up your tree for the season, be sure to browse the Holiday Shop, which is stocked full of whimsical decor, delicious treats, and lots of Christmas treasures.
Tranco Farms Christmas Trees
There are plenty of ways to make warm Christmas memories at Tranco Farms, not just by finding your perfect Christmas tree! In fact, at the moment, they only have trees that stand about ten feet and over, so if you don’t have vaulted ceilings at home, you may want to forgo finding your tree here at all! There are still plenty of ways to enjoy the spirit of the season at Tranco Farms, though.
Warm up by one of their cozy fire pits, roasting marshmallows for an extra special treat. Get to know their friendly miniature goats, who will absolutely bring a smile to your face. There are plenty of refreshments and gorgeous holiday decorations like wreaths, swags, roping, ornaments, and bows. It’s a lovely place to marvel at spectacular trees and maybe even bring one home!
