Aldersgate United Methodist Church loves reaching out to its community to find ways to help others while spreading the love and joy its Church offers. When they had the opportunity to help families in need within their community as well as provide a more cost-efficient way for families to shop for their growing children and possibly make money, all while reaching a goal to continue more outreach and missions within the community, they knew it had to be done! Suppose the seasoned parents at Aldersgate United Methodist Church know one thing about kids. In that case, they are constantly growing, sometimes faster than they can wear that cool new shirt or adorable onesie. From gently used to even never worn or played with, Here WEE Grow Again brings an opportunity to families and new life to children’s clothes and toys.

At WEE Grow Again, the community can make money while clearing out their child’s gently worn clothes from their closets and drawer, toys they hardly played with that are collecting dust, and barely used equipment they’ve grown too big for! And as the saying goes, “a penny saved is a penny earned,” so you have even more chances to save/make those pennies by shopping their selection of quality items instead of at the retail stores. No need to spend a fortune on what they will quickly outgrow! I particularly love finding something reminiscent of your childhood to share with your little one or finding the perfect treasure for endless fun. They also have a fun and sustainable suggestion for your treasure hunt! Bring a laundry basket with a belt looped in and use it as your treasure-gathering basket! Save on bags and feel like an adventure.
